Jodie Comer is an English actress who is best known for her roles as Villanelle in the BBC America spy thriller series Killing Eve and Marguerite de Carrouges in the historical drama film The Last Duel. She has won two Primetime Emmy Awards, two British Academy Television Awards, and an Evening Standard Theatre Award.
Comer was born in Liverpool, England, in 1993. She began her acting career in 2008, appearing in an episode of the BBC soap opera The Royal Today. She went on to star in the television series My Mad Fat Diary (2013–2015) and Doctor Foster (2015–2017), and the drama miniseries Thirteen (2016).
